Consultative Clinical and Therapeutic Services (CCTS) for Caregivers
Positively Human partners with Inclusa, a Managed Care Organization (MCO), to provide CCTS to any they serve and feel will benefit from the service including elders and those with disabilities in various settings across Wisconsin. We collaborate with members and their caregivers to carry out support plans and improve the individual's daily experiences, interactions, independence, relationships, and inclusion in their community. We take a hands-on, collaborative learning approach to support members and their caregivers.
Consultation, Workshops, and Training
Our Consultants have decades of experience at the ready to support your goals. Positively Human staff offer services in various formats including professional development presentations, in-house coaching, consulting on program development and regulation, and member and caregiver education. We provide training or as we call it, collaborative learning, on many topics with a focus on implementing change and not just learning a concept. Some of the topics include human-centered, strengths-based, and trauma informed approaches. Our Consultants are also expert helpers and bring a wealth of knowledge in many areas:

Leadership and Team Building
Positively Human believes in developing organizational leadership and teams to provide the best services possible. We do this by facilitating workshops and activities to help colleagues connect and work towards common goals. Just like many of the individuals we serve, employees want to feel safe and respected. We work with leadership to provide environments where employees thrive and take that motivation to those they serve.
Retreat Facilitation
We understand the value of disconnecting from the day-to-day activities to dive deep into tough topics as well as to decompress and reconnect. We have the facilitators to support your group’s retreat goals including areas of developing your Vision/Mission/Values, bonding as a team, and meeting specific objectives.
Grant Writing
We understand many organizations do not have a dedicated grant writer, and Positively Human is here to support you in your funding goals. With experience securing millions in federal, state, and private grant funding, we focus on supporting your work by writing and submitting grants on your behalf and setting you up for success in any reporting requirements. Even if you choose to develop your own grants in-house, we can serve as an editing resource providing suggestions for your proposals.
