Consultative Clinical and Therapeutic Services (CCTS) for Caregivers
Positively Human partners with long-term care funders such as Managed Care Organizations and IRIS
participants to provide CCTS for adults with disabilities and their care teams. We partner with each person, their caregivers, and support network to carry out learning plans that empower personal growth, enhance daily experiences, strengthen relationships, and encourage participation in their community. We take a hands-on, collaborative learning approach to support people and their caregivers.
Consultation, Workshops, and Training
Our consultants have decades of experience at the ready to support your goals. Positively Human staff offer services in various formats including professional development presentations, in-house coaching, consulting on program development and regulation, and caregiver education. We provide training or as we call it, collaborative learning, on many topics with a focus on implementing change. Some topics include human-centered, strengths-based, and trauma informed approaches.
Leadership and Team Building
Positively Human believes in developing organizational leadership and team relationships to provide the best services possible. We facilitate custom workshops and activities to help colleagues connect and work towards common goals while fostering environments where employees thrive and bring their motivation to those they serve.
Retreat Facilitation
We understand the value of disconnecting from the day-to-day activities, whether to dive deep into tough topics or to decompress and reconnect. We have the facilitators to customize and support your group’s unique retreat goals.
